- Adults who are at least 18 years of age can apply.
- This grant is not intended to cover any degree programs. (associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral).
- Applicants must live in Humboldt County.
- Grants are made through participating Rotary Clubs in the Humboldt County area only.
- Applicants must show a financial need and have no other source of funding available to them. This grant may be combined with other grants.
- This grant program is open for most short-term courses of study (up to 12 months). It is expected that the skills and/or certificates earned will result in better-paying jobs.
